We are a leading travel ad network that offers advertisers access to one of the fastest growing audience platforms targeting on-the-go consumers. We leverage rich data profiles to deliver exceptional audience segmentation and targeting, across multiple devices, while providing unmatched data insights. This position is responsible for all technical aspects of the relationships across our Publisher network. In addition to participating in the onboarding partner process and suggesting and verifying integrations, this role is also responsible for ongoing monitoring of the network and is the primary point of contact for all technical related questions.
As our Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational best practices, troubleshooting technical issues to support the ad operations team, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and manage process around new advertising products Troubleshoot technical advertising issues and work to resolve efficiently Work with clients and internal tech resources to execute custom campaigns
Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid startup environment Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionallySome experience with relational databases preferred
Computer Science or other engineering degree is preferred
