Job Title: Associate Account ManagerDepartment: Business Development Salary: Base Plus Commission; Annual Bonus PlanReports to: Director of Business DevelopmentBenefits: As defined in current Company Employment Handbook Position RoleThe Associate Account Manager (AAM) works collaboratively with an Account Manager in the business development process. The AAM conducts the necessary CRM/SUGAR, CMS, and competitive research to provide decision making data for accurate product and service forecasting. This individual supports the sale of educational services sales, including re-certifications. The AAM oversees the timeliness and accuracy of contact record updates. Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator, the AAM proactively seeks lead generation reports for assigned accounts, tracks campaign results, and updates account plans accordingly. A position established for growth, this role is the internal go-to' for day to day account management. The AAM will be expected to act on behalf of the AM as required. The AAM will also be expected to assume collateral duties, including representing the company at local, state, and national conferences as defined by the Director of Business Development. Primary Functions Identifies the educational services opportunities within assigned accounts and leverages these relationships to advance sales of training program Oversees deployment/maintenance of CRM tool for contact record accuracy. Works closely with Marketing Coordinator and creates RFP responses, proposals, and related sales collateral Works collaboratively with educational services manager, implementing the necessary sales tactics to meet educational services revenue and enrollment objectives. Ensures the accuracy of the sales pipeline and timely updates of corresponding reports. Job Requirements Minimum 3+ years business development / sales experience Demonstrated experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously with a minimum of 3 years experience in implementation of project management concepts. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as required. Bachelors Degree preferred or comparable experience. Proficient in market analyses, trending, and competitive positioning Measures of Success: Meet individual sales and team quotas Implement solutions derived from regional account plans Achieve customer satisfaction standards
