Role: Help Desk Analyst
Qualifications
Required:

  • Experience with supporting help desk (3+ years)
  • Experience with analyzing Medicaid/Health Care Data (1 + year)
  • Experience with SQL (2 +years)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Cognos, Business Objects (2 +years)
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Cognos Query Studio
  • Experience with BMC (formerly Numara) Footprints

Responsibilities

  • Assist FSSA Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) users with questions, requests and issues regarding the EDW Portal, data needs, Queries and reports.
  • Document callers' questions, requests and issues in a tracking system and maintain follow-up items through resolution
  • Constant telephone and email contact
  • Liaison between EDW development team and users.
