1 year plus contract for IT Lead Analyst. Must have proven experience as an IT Lead or Project manager.

Duties include:
  • Supervise outside vendors. Managing relationships and the delivery of services to client - customers.
  • Leads small to medium project teams to deliver services and solutions to all clients.
  • Provide maintenance and support for internal and external clients by following procedures, guidelines, and predefined concepts.
  • Furnish quality customer service by adhering to predefined service level agreements.
  • Proactively takes the initiative to solve problems and provide solutions to all clients. Analyze ticket information to ensure service levels are being met.
Candidate needs to have:
  • Project Management skills; limited experience with techniques for Estimating, Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills including both verbal and written, limited meeting facilitation, presentations, and interpersonal interactions.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service to all clients.
  • Knowledge of current computer technologies such as Windows 7, XP, Microsoft Office 2010, Internet technologies, PC troubleshooting & diagnoses.
  • Knowledge of voice systems, Iphone, wireless devices
Ideal candidate will have BS Degree in IT and several IT certifications, PMP is a plus
