The Technical Operations Analyst will manage the daily operations of the Office of the Registrar, specifically related to the student information system (Banner). The successful candidate will assist the Registrar in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all facets of the operations of the Registrar's Office. This position is primarily responsible for the effective management of the areas of the student information system and all areas of technology as it relates to student services within the Registrar's Office. The incumbent will also assist the Universary Registrar with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. The Technical Operations Analyst will assume the management of the Office of the Registrar in the absence of the University Registrar.

Bachelors degree/5 years of full-time progressively responsible Information Technology work experience (2 of which should be in a University setting)/database management experience and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)/Banner Student Information System, Argos and Crystal reports experience preferred/knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structures and concepts desired/previous work experience in a Registrars Office preferred

The approximate annual salary range is $45,000 - $50,000
