Position Summary The Technical Product Manager for CRM is responsible for defining requirements and packaging the features into product releases. This role will maintain the product roadmap for the organizations Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software through best practices and coordination with the IT Team. This person will understand the needs of the users and work with management to prioritize bug fixes and enhancements by defining backlog items in our agile process. This role is also responsible for monitoring data quality and communicating to the organization about the future plans for CRM.

Experience and Education
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science; Business Systems; degree in related field or have years equivalent work experience, training and certifications
  • 5+ years of experience with MS CRM

Technology Skills and Strengths
  • Deep knowledge of MS CRM architecture, capabilities, and implementation alternatives to achieve business needs
  • Experience Administering a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment
  • Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server
  • Product Management experience working in an Agile Process environment utilizing TFS Server for product backlog item management
  • Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and reliably maintaining systems
  • Knowledge of DNS, SharePoint and Active Directory as it relates to successful implementations of Dynamics CRM
  • MSCRM certification desirable
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills are necessary
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to be creative and proactive in developing/delivering solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building, customer service, and teamwork skills; demonstrate sound judgment; and ability to adapt communication skills to all audiences

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for CRM data access and usability in accordance with business objectives
  • Maintain the product roadmap
  • Write Product Requirements, user scenarios, and populate backlog items in our agile process
  • Ensure that CRM applications meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues
  • Conduct research on new and emerging CRM technologies or technologies that can be leveraged through existing CRM investment
  • Ensure that any new software CRM integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, developers, and system owners in the testing of new CRM programs and applications
  • Builds custom reporting and dashboards specific to tasks.
  • Work with Development Team to create and maintain data integration
  • Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality in conjunction with CRM users, department managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Devise, coordinate, and conduct data-cleansing initiatives to purge and eliminate corrupt or redundant information from CRM database
  • Formulate and conduct training sessions and teaching materials for propagating CRM knowledge throughout the organization
  • Administer System, establish user security, and optimize configuration
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for CRM software administration and appropriate use
  • Establish service level agreements with CRM users, and provide technical support for users via company Help Desk
