In this Recruiting/Sourcing role
you'll work with our Technical Recruiter, Sales, Delivery, HR and
Benefits Administrator and team of support personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, develop, and manage key social media campaigns.

Support technical recruiter and sales on key requisition needs, communications, and applicant status and pipeline creation.

Assist the Technical Recruiter in talent identification and
acquisition engine - attracting, recruiting and sourcing applicants.

Assist the technical recruiter in producing and posting job requisitions and descriptions to attract candidates and key talent.

Assist in resume preparation and client correspondence.

Use various social media resources to attract and identify
candidates - including networks, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, job
boards, user groups and others as needed.

Assist in maintaining candidate directory and roadmap(s) based on
key industry segments, technology verticals and clientele to ensure
open positions are filled quickly and effectively.

Understand key value proposition of company and its clients to convey compelling messaging in attracting qualified applicants.

Use and maintain existing applicant-tracking-system (ATS) for capturing all critical prospect, interview and personnel data.

Assist in Applicant Due-Diligence Process

Uphold company's interviewing process.

Verify applicant work history, education, job skills and salary requirements.

Perform reference and background checks on applicants.

File and maintain personnel records.

Ideal Experience and Other Requirements:
Savvy Internet and social media user.

Knowledge of Seattle's high-tech market and basic understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

Professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Proactive and can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will be available for 25 hours per
week minimum (with up to 40 hours per week being ideal). This position
will begin as a 90 day contract - with the potential for contract
extension or full time employment at the end of the contract. Hourly
rate based on experience/fit.
