About You
You are a thoughtful, highly motivated sourcer/recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding and engaging extraordinary talent. You are smart, strategic, and enjoy the satisfaction of impacting an organization with game-changing new hires who truly move the needle. You have a demonstrated track record of at least 5 years full cycle recruiting experience within a software/systems/internet technology environment.
This is not a job, you have passion, you are plugged in, you get technology, you are an active social networker, expert in Boolean logic and search. The phone is your friend (Talking & texting) and you are a quick study. Your intuition serves you well and most importantly, you make it happen, get things done.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to research source and engage/screen and deliver a solid pipeline of top tier candidates
Manage and update our ATS with accuracy and integrity
Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns that will target the top talent in the industry
Assist with coordinating and organizing recruiting efforts

Requirements

5+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience
AIRS, Duran HCP, or similar training program strongly preferred
Resourceful, able to consistently offer compelling solutions to sourcing and recruiting challenges
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
BS/BA or equivalent experience.
