This job is located in the Marketing Division of the company in Fountain Valley, CA.

  • Proactively respond and follow up on customer feedback from online reviews, BazaarVoice tool (i.e. Questions & Answers) & D-Link Forum inquiries regarding D-Link product issues, customer experience, etc
  • Maintain professional online etiquette and respond within stated guidelines and process
  • Review customer feedback and develop appropriate response and respond in a timely manner. Engage the Tech Support and Product Management teams as necessary to provide appropriate response to customer feedback
  • Provide technically accurate and grammatically correct responses regarding products and product usability
  • Communicate potential product issues to proper support channels when needed
  • Maintain and update library of applicable answers to streamline response process

  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong understanding of networking hardware such as; Routers, Access Points, Network Cameras, Multi-Media Devices, etc
  • Background in customer service or retail experience and/or Background in Net+/A+ skills are preferred
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a plus
