Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours/week)
Start date: January 2013

Duties/Responsibilities: - Technical support
  • Quality control and repairs
  • Plan and attend trade shows
  • Process and follow-up on customer returns
  • Maintain FST products on SciQuest website
  • Set up and maintain spare parts inventory
  • Set up and maintain technical support database
  • Do physical inventory counts
  • Maintain non-stockroom inventory (convention inventory, items for donation, items out on loan, items out for repair, etc.)
  • Assist stockroom with shipping and receiving
  • Assist customer service by taking orders
