Specialist needed for manufacturing company in Ontario. Qualified Technical Support / Help Desk Specialist will assist with loading software onto desktop and laptop computers to ensure all programs run smoothly. Good customer service skills as you will be dealing with other engineers to troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise. The Technical Support / Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for resolving desktop support issues, application upgrades, testing and evaluating new equipment, support LAN networking configuration, training, and installation. This Technical Support / Help Desk Specialist position will pay between $16-$19 per hour with possibility of working Overtime. MUST be flexible on work shifts as there will be graveyard shifts from time to time and vacation coverage as needed. Please include an updated resume and pay requirements.
