Lexicomp's Technical Support Team provides phone, email, the medical professionals who rely on our products in hospitals, pharmacies, medical centers, and dental offices. Technical Support Representatives provide a positive, professional, and repeatable support experience in all customer dealings. We are seeking both a full time and a part time representative.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provides technical assistance to external customers as it relates to installing, accessing, registering, and troubleshooting Lexicomp's electronic products and services.
Periodic software testing to identify bugs and potential fixes to the customer.
This position does not involve programming or systems administration.
Three years of phone-based technical support experience.
Mobile device management and troubleshooting experience (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Palm).
The successful candidate will have a proven, team-focused work history and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Windows and Mac technical support.
A Strong working knowledge and experience in computer hardware and software support.
All candidates must possess:
Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
College degree preferred.
