Our IT Department is looking for a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to our Residents and Team Members.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Technical Support experience and familiarity with Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Microsoft Office ’07, computer hardware, network printers/copiers/fax machines, wireless and wired networks, set-up and break-down of A/V equipment. Troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software are required.
