Responsibilities: Provides technical application strategy and leadership in one or more areas. Responsible for designing and solving complex technical issues related to the resolution of business problems and opportunities. Responsible for supervising a small team of application developers to deliver systems of a complex technical nature to resolve business problems and opportunities. Designs develops implements and maintains major and/or mission critical applications. Evaluates recommends and implements new technology. Provides technical expertise and acts as a technical resource and mentor for the application development team. Accepts individual/ team responsibilities and meets commitments. Creative in delivering value to application solutions and customer/user requests.

Requirements: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business Information Systems, Science and Math or related discipline with an IT emphasis is required. Typically possesses 12 years’ experience desired in systems development. Must have a minimum of 7 years hands on experience with web development in the areas of .Net, C#, ASP.Net, and SQL server. Must have experience with distributed systems. Demonstrated experience with Web services and XML. Demonstrated experience leading team or has the ability or desire to lead team to hold resources accountable in order to achieve results/deliverables. Demonstrated experience in mentoring employees/resources, conducting performance appraisals, and relationship building with both internal and external partners including vendors. Demonstrated experience with state of the art technology and innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Must have experience handling multiple, simultaneous priorities. Possess the verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Accepts individual/team responsibilities and meets commitments. Takes responsibility for own performance and actions. Creative in delivering values to systems solutions and customer/user requests. Anticipates and accepts change by capitalizing on opportunities that arise. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Visio and Project desired. Preferred experience with Sharepoint and Kentico
