Integrated Industrial Information Inc (ICubed) is a leading solutions and services provider in product lifecycle management business process integration and data migration The company specializes in the integration and collaboration of enterprise systems We are looking for part time (20 hrs per week) Technical Writer who will be responsible for designing creating and maintaining technical project documentation as well as assisting our services team members with the creation and maintenance of individual resource profiles Technical project documentation may include but is not limited to online help user guidesmanuals white papers design specifications system manuals project plans and test plans intended for technical business and user audiences CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Write featurespecific White Papers to serve as customer “How To documents Write procedural instructional documentation Integrate existing and new documentation to create a well organized Technical Reference Manual Integrate existing and new documentation to create a well organized User Guide Manual Support creation and maintenance of services team member’s resource profiles through interviews and documentation EDUCATION EXPERIENCE MS in Technical Communications (or currently pursuing) CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting stringent deadlines Ability to manage own time effectively Superior written verbal and presentation skills Superior organizational skills
