The individual will install, troubleshoot, and repair computer and communication equipment, assist in the administration of the network and staff the Help Line for computer-related hardware and software problems.
Qualifications include an associate's degree in computer technology, or the like, working knowledge of PC software and computer equipment, and excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Hardware– Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Smartphones, and Servers desired
Software- MS Office
Operating Systems- Windows XP, 7, Server 2008 desired
Communication/Networking - TCP/IP Ethernet, Cisco, Wireless, VoIP desired
