The Quality Technician supports the Quality function for the Medical business unit located at Crossroads facility. Primary assignments will be as a Technician for calibration, inspector for in-process production and final acceptance for finished product. Also able to support review of Quality documentation and updates to Plex, DCC for ECR changes, as needed. All Quality assignments must be completed in compliance to existing standards and customer specifications. Assist in problem resolution of non-compliances in cooperation with Engineering and Operations. Position will work with minimum supervision within company policies and procedures.

Ongoing Responsibilities include:
•Lead other QC employees to read, understand and follow detailed instructions that involve multiple steps, intricate equipment
•Accurately review production schedules to develop timing and organization of Inspection assignments.
•Participate in the resolution of hardware problems or process non-compliances working with supervisors of Quality, Engineering and Production
•Understand and maintain the workflow in the assigned area to ensure effective use of resources.
•Coordinate with Customer representatives to support their inspection requirements
Position Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
•Detail oriented to accurately review data and document problem resolutions
•Able to work flexible hours when required
•Working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 13485 standards for quality control
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent record of attendance and reliability
•Willingness to participate in and maintain a spirit of teamwork
•U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
