Overview:
PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company, in Seattle, WA , is looking for a high energy individual to provide expertise and leadership for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) effort. Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of ECM technologies
Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment of ECM Solutions.
Work with business partners to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user interface specifications, and manage changes.
Work closely with IT management and other functional groups to design, develop, deploy, support and administer ECM technologies
Partner with the business to understand new opportunities with ECM; create functional and technical specifications, implement and manage changes for ECM solutions
Provide education regarding the business value of key ECM architecture concepts
Plan and test software updates and modifications
Trouble shoot and problem solve ECM software and infrastructure issues
Qualifications:
Five or more (5+) years experience in Information Technology roles required; Two or more (2+) years in Business Application Design and Development roles required
Two or more (2+) years experience in content management required; must possess working knowledge of ECM technologies, data structures, and the use of the data stored within them
Experience with multiple technologies e.g. C#, Java, .net, SQL Server, Windows and IIS platforms required; experience in System or Application Administration preferred
Experience with complex technical development and software integration with reliability, performance and information security requirements required
Experience in writing requirements, functional specifications, and specifications of user interfaces required
BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience required; AIIM ECM Specialist certification preferred
Experience with Hyland OnBase ECM solution, OnBase Thick and Web clients, Configuration, Workflow and API App Enabler preferred
Job Conditions:
This job requires the ability to use desktop computers. Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation 24/7/365. Must become an OnBase Certified System Administrator.
