Technology Lead - Global Position Aggregation System
The Corporate Compliance Technology (CCT) organization supports the regulatory and compliance technology requirements of the Compliance line of business across JPMC.
The CCT application portfolio is experiencing significant growth as existing applications are being expanded to include global capabilities and the regulatory obligations of the firm. CCT is responsible for partnering with our clients on evolving business capabilities, improving end user experience with our solutions and services, and ensuring that we continue to provide continuous improvement on the systems that are relied upon across the firm.
The Disclosure of Interest (DoI) Technology team as part of the Global Compliance Technology organization provides and supports technology solutions for DoI Compliance. The DoI operation ensures that we report to our regulators whenever JPMC breaches certain limits on our global positions across our Equity and Equity related instruments. To do this the DoI systems must capture these trades and positions across all our business lines and geographies prior to analysis.
The current systems that support these processes are global in remit but are being replaced to ensure global process standardization; improved efficiency and improved resiliency and timeliness. This new system - GPAS (Global Position Aggregation System) which will replace all of the current systems used for DoI, is currently being designed and built. The GPAS Technology Lead will be accountable for defining the strategic technical end state for our multi-year rollout of GPAS; leading the technology teams through the build process, the test and implementation phases across the many jurisdictions globally.
The successful candidate will be an experienced technology manager who has developed and delivered complex technology solutions for large global financial institutions. The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the aforementioned experience in delivering large multi year technology solutions. They must have a proven ability to establish credibility at both senior levels in the firm and at more junior levels.
Specific responsibilities include:
Actively partner with our Compliance clients and with the many technology partners across the firm to produce and deliver GPAS.
Provide overall program and project direction from initiation through implementation

Technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
