Post by Jobing - HR Betty is working with Hensley Beverage Company, one of the largest family owned and operated beverage distributors in the nation, who brings refreshment to people all across Arizona and champions over 700 brands of beer, craft brew, fine wine, premium spirits and non–alcoholic beverages, to find an Telecommunications Receptionist who oversees purchasing of office supplies and maintains adequate inventory on hand for Phoenix. Receives incoming phone calls, greets visitors, receives deliveries and provides administrative support for organization by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, issues visitor passes, and directs visitors to appropriate individual.Answers and directs incoming phone calls from internal and external customers.Coordinates and processes U.S. and interoffice mail; Federal Express; and couriered items by applying postage, preparing for and requesting pick–up, and distributing as mail is received.

Sends, receives and distributes faxes, as needed.Provides administrative support to all departments as needed, e.g., flyers, mass mailings, etc.Records applications in applicant tracking program. Copies and distributes weekly/monthly newsletters.Continually cross–trains with the Administrative Services representative ensuring knowledge of her job and can cover when she is there or not. Some examples are: Works with printing company ordering business cards, stationary, and other externally printed materials.Ensures an adequate supply of commonly used office supplies are on hand daily. Reviews billing and provides supportive documentation for shipping companies, office supplies, floral purchases, printing, and courier services.

Periodically reviews’ pricing to ensure Hensley is receiving best pricing value.Assists other departments with special requests such as; stuffing envelopes, attaching labels, etc., as needed.Ensures lobby area is secure and straightened at the end of each day; lights are off, doors are locked, Prescott mail delivered to customer service and updated guest list is given to security personnel.Provides back–up to Tel–Sell position, covering during absence and as needed.Performs all other duties as assigned. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one–on–one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
