About this Opportunity:
The Telephone Ordering Representative is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering
customer’s orders received via telephone. Answering calls of complaints and working with the
Telephone Ordering Supervisor to resolve issues when there is a problem with an existing order.
Responsibilities: Handling calls from customers wishing to place product orders, as well as calls
from customers when they have an issue on an existing order, in a friendly and courteous
manner and adhering to AMSOIL best customer service practices and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
