This position serves as the first line of response for all clients, potential clients, vendors and providers. Answers incoming calls and directs to the appropriate person or queue path. Supports and exhibits the Crumley Roberts non-negotiable traits.
Must be able to effectively communicate, multi-task, problem-solve and to overall handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public.
Answers incoming telephone calls quickly and professionally; determines that nature of the calls and forwards to the appropriate person or queue path.
Obtains preliminary information from potential clients to ensure they are transferred to the correct queue paths and for the first time.
Helps prepare new client sign up packets.
May assist with maintaining an inventory of supplies and ordering.
Performs other office/clerical duties as needed and/or required by the Supervisor.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related office or customer service experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
