Reporting in to the Director of Operations, this is an opportunity to oversee projects running through this successful telephone unit which carries out fieldwork for social research surveys.

Although predominantly a CATI centre, they do also run online studies, so you will be overseeing mixed mode projects. As the first point of call for research and DP/computing, your responsibilities will range from co-ordinating operational processes to attending progress meetings, budgeting and monitoring staff and projects.

Previous market research operational experience (ideally telephone centre operations/project management) is essential.
