Experience: 2+yrs accounting using QuickBooks

Job Description/Qualifications: Position: Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant Essential Functions:  Assist the Controller with Accounts Payable / Receivable and General Ledger duties utilizing QuickBooks.  Sorting invoices, making collection calls & matching purchase orders.  Handle phones, greet customers, filing, data entry and other general office duties. Location: West Seneca, NY Pay: $11/hr Hours: 30 – 35 hours per week / 1st shift / Monday through Friday Experience and Skills Required:  2+ years accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and other basic accounting duties to assist the controller  Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel  Great problem solving skills, detail orientated, multi-tasking abilities, good phone etiquette, strong organizational skills.  Be able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment Email resume to cmorgan@ssswny.com
