Experience: 2+yrs accounting using QuickBooks

Job Description/Qualifications: Position: Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Assist the Controller with Accounts Payable / Receivable and General Ledger duties utilizing QuickBooks.
Sorting invoices, making collection calls & matching purchase orders.
Handle phones, greet customers, filing, data entry and other general office duties.
Location: West Seneca, NY
Hours: 30 – 35 hours per week / 1st shift / Monday through Friday
Experience and Skills Required:
2+ years accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and other basic accounting duties to assist the controller
Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel
Great problem solving skills, detail orientated, multi-tasking abilities, good phone etiquette, strong organizational skills.
