We are currently seeking a Business Development Analyst with a unique set of skills to join the corporate team in Conshohocken, PA to support our Senior Vice President, Client Experience for a short term assignment from late May to early October.
The primary responsibility for this important assignment is to provide support to the corporate business development group by supporting the SVP, Client Experience. This includes:
Planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information and working with outside suppliers
Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting information for divisional, regional and individual analyses related to sales force effectiveness
Assisting with editing correspondence, documents and presentations
Maintaining accurate records and sales team related information
Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner
Acts as a liaison for senior management in sales, operations and support groups
Generates necessary routine and ad hoc sales reporting for analysis and dissemination to management using company CRM and resources
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least 1-2 years in a sales team environment with analytical and project management responsibilities. We also seek the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills including handling sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Demonstrable advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Must have experience with Access, pivot tables, and CRM (i.e. salesforce.com)
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of the Internet in order to research related topics for delivery to the field or support team
Ability to meet tight deadlines and follow directions, striving to continuously improve and maintain the highest customer service standards
Ability to work in a team oriented environment to help identify and solve problems as well as establish effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and vendors is critical
