Job Description/Qualifications: Position: Administrative Assistant (temp-hire) Essential Functions: Act as primary contact for on-site visitors, announce arrival to appropriate personnel Manage correspondences, sort & distribute mail Send and receive UPS envelopes and packages Monitor and order office supplies as needed Serve as a liaison between branch and corporate HR departments Approve all branch invoices, assist with accounts receivable Support management team with any other additional requests Education, Experience, and Skills Required: 2+ years experience in an administrative role Strong Microsoft Office skills Strong communication and organizational skills Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively Compensation: $10 -$12 per hour DOE Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday Location: Cheektowaga, NY Email resume to sbuckland@ssswny.com
