We are hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) to provide field support to the fundraising sales representatives. We need CSR's in many of our metropolitan areas in the US and Canada. CSR's work a flexible schedule in the Fall and Spring based upon the needs of Entertainment Publications. This includes periods of time off - the number of hours worked in a calendar year will not exceed 1000 hours. These positions report directly to the area sales representatives. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to customer service duties in support of the sales representatives, maintaining customer records, entering customer orders and service calls. Specifically:
Assists with the sorting and stuffing of deliveries for all products at schools, community groups and retail locations.
Collect, pack, and schedule the return of Entertainment books back to our warehouse.
Attend and present at kick-offs, teacher meetings, open houses and back-to-school nights.
Meets clients needs and special requests including but not limited to delivering extra books, prizes and marketing materials.
Make outbound service calls to schools to insure the highest quality of service is offered.
Provide backup data entry support of school orders.
Perform all other duties as directed by sales representatives.
High interest in servicing customers. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to give presentations to large groups of children and/or teachers. Own transportation necessary for making sales and service calls.
Position requires a valid drivers license and auto insurance that meets the requirements of Entertainment Publications. Must be able to lift 40-45 pounds.
