Job Description:

This job works with some of the latest restaurant technologies but not to worry, we provide our new associates intensive training to ensure success on the job. Over the phone, in person, or at the site, we work with the following:

  • Point of Sale systems
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Panda Proprietary Software
  • Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of other software
  • Windows 7, Windows XP, and Mac OS
  • Mobile phones
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with networking and basic computers
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Capable of providing leadership
  • Restaurant experience a plus
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and nights are required
  • Quick learner who can multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to speak Chinese or Spanish a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferrred
  • Service Oriented
  • Some travel may required
