Temporary Accounting Payable Clerk

Department Description: Accounts Payable primary function is to ensure expenses incurred by the company are paid in a timely manner based on terms and contractual agreements.

High Level Job Description: This job requires an individual with excellent customer service , communication and multi- tasking skills.

Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with inbound/outbound calls with vendors
  • Reviewing 1099 forms with vendors
  • Making notations of corrections to be made
  • Assisting with research of vendor payment information in SAP
  • Various administrative duties
  • Occasional OT required

Required Competencies/Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Special projects as assigned by supervisor

Special Requirements/Preferences:
  • SAP and other ERP systems
  • MS Office proficient, Excel proficient

Education Required/Preferred:
  • 1+ years relevant work experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Accounting or Associate degree preferred
