Our property management company is seeking an upbeat and highly motivated Administrative Assistant with property management background for our new luxury high-rise condominium located in Miami Beach, FL
The qualified candidate must have excellent administrative experience, computer skills and ability to perform administrative duties. Experience in the property management industry is preferred.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering and placing phone calls
Computer literate and able to learn in house software
Operating office equipment such as fax and copy machines
Work closely with manager, residents and staff to ensure quality customer service
Processing daily mail and filing
Assisting with various office/administrative tasks

Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish is a must
Property Management experience is preferred, specifically in a high rise condominium
Quick learner, accuracy and attention to detail are critical
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of Tops software preferred
This is a Temporary position estimated to last 3-4 months.
