About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire’s, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager with the achievement of your store retail targets, agreeing daily priorities and overseeing day to day activity. You’ll lead by example inspiring your store team to drive sales and deliver the very best levels of customer of service on the high street! In the absence of your Store Manager you will take accountability for the overall operation of your store ensuring high levels of team performance and business results. You’ll grow your leadership skills through supporting, training and coaching your store colleagues enhancing their skills and in turn helping with their career development.

About You

You’ll already be an established Assistant Manager in a small space store or an experienced Supervisor in a larger space store looking for your first step as an Assistant Manager preferable within fashion accessories or jewellery. Enthusiastic, results driven and customer focused you’ll possess the ability to develop, motivate and coach a team to achieve impressive sales and business results – and you’ll have the track record to prove it! You’ll also have excellent communication and planning and organising skills. Finally your passion for retail and fashion along with your can do attitude, motivation and drive will ensure you to achieve any challenge put before you, and in terms of development we will support you every step of the way!
