Job Description/Qualifications: Position: Temporary Clerical Dept Team Lead / Supervisor
Responsible for assisting in various departments and learning all positions within the company.
Extensive inbound/outbound phones, emailing, data entry, filing, administrative tasks, faxing etc.
Make follow up calls to obtain signatures or any other forms/information needed
Completing periodic projects and assisting office staff and various managers with miscellaneous duties.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
5+ years office experience with solid leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong problem solving skills, detail orientated, multi-tasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Person must be available to train and able to work for approximately 6 months starting ASAP. Individual will train for several months before permanent employee goes out on maternity leave.
Compensation: $13.00 – 14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
