Our property management company is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk for our luxury high-rise condominium located in Hallandale Beach, FL

Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering and placing phone calls
Computer literate and able to learn in house software
Operating office equipment such as fax and copy machines
Work closely with manager, residents and staff to ensure quality customer service
Entering information into an Excel spreadsheet
Assisting with various office/administrative tasks

Must be available to work on weekends
Quick learner, accuracy and attention to detail are critical
Excellent communication skills
Must have strong knowledge of computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
This is a Temporary position with potential of becoming permanent. Must be available to work on weekends. Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
