TITLE: TemporaryResource Specialist

REPORTS TO: PS Manager – Resource Specialists
EXEMPT OR NON EXEMPT: Non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY: (the purpose of the role)
Single point of contact for navigating barrier removal for staff and participants. Acts as triage for resource connections. Point person for Goodwill service providers. Evaluates partnership services and delivery.

Cultivates relationships to supportive services
Management of key referrals for staff and participant for barrier removal across services
Maintain partner service relationships
Assess and build referral resources
Maintenance of reporting and documentation system
Maintain current service provider contacts
Develop individual plans for participants to remove barriers for employment
Ensure that services are effectively removing barriers and meeting needs
Evaluate services and partner effectiveness
Make appropriate referrals to community resources
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: (education, work experience, and technical competencies)
Bachelor’s Degree with (1) year experience in a social services environment – OR--
(5) years related experience
Current Career Development Facilitation (CDF) certification required or completed within the first six months in the position.
Community network connections in support services
Proficient with all relevant software (i.e. MS Office)
Knowledge of clerical administrative procedures and systems
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
