Time Inc. is looking for a super-organized, creative and collaborative Sales Production Associate, who is responsible for execution and project management of digital sales and marketing initiatives across MyRecipes, Cooking Light, and Southern Living digital platforms. This person will lead production for campaigns tied to innovative and scalable digital advertising products across desktop, mobile, tablet and social platforms. Person will report into Senior Product Manager.
•Managing the production and execution of digital advertising creative, sponsored features, promotions and contests, and scalable ad products through internal resources and outside vendors – including collecting creative assets, managing the development of mocks, developing timetables/milestones, and managing client approvals and edits.
•Liaising with internal and external clients to acquire project assets, revisions and approvals on projects.
•Managing production timelines and communication both internally and externally
•Maintaining projects during flight including updates, administrative support and weekly reporting.
•Participating in brainstorming, logistics and strategy meetings to create opportunities for existing and future contracts.
•Partner with digital ad products, sales, marketing and editorial teams to develop and manage creative production workflow processes.
•Maintain creative specifications and production timetables for all applicable digital ad products across web, tablet, mobile and social platforms.
•Serve as primary creative production bridge between (1) marketing/sales/edit, (2) client agency/advertiser team, and (3) outside creative/rich media vendors.
•Collaborate closely with Ad Ops to ensure final creative is delivered on time, subject to QA testing, and are handed-off to the campaign management teams for trafficking and launch.
•Pull reports from all analytics and research tools used for campaign in an organized, deliverable format
•Compile screenshots and campaign successes to include in post campaign report
•Minimum of 5 years of production or project management experience with digital advertising campaigns at a media company, rich media vendor, digital agency, portal or advertising network.
•Experience interacting directly with advertising clients, sales and marketing teams, and playing a hands-on role in helping to develop compelling and effective digital advertising experiences.
•Create mocks and creative assets in Photoshop within existing templates
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay detail-obsessed in a heavy volume, deadline-intensive environment.
Superior project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep team members on track, on time and on budget.
•Comprehensive understanding of social and mobile products, platforms and technologies.
•Excellent time and priority management skills and a proven history of timely delivery against articulated time-lines and work-back schedules.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen sense of relationship building.
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Omniture knowledge a plus.
