Responsibilities:
PCard Program
· Review and research card holder PCard transaction for compliance
· Enhanced Services-Project is to review the opportunities to convert suppliers from a check pay to a PCard pay. Significant cost savings to be had in addition to the revenue share we receive from the card company
· Assist with PCard Program administration
· Issue CB Cards, PCards, One Cards and Executive Cards
· Reset card holder passwords in PaymentNet
· Increase and cancel cards
· Make PCard payments to bank 3 times a month
· Assist with group mail correspondence
Contract Management
· Assist with contract requisition documentation review and processing
· Assist with Oracle iProcurement requisition/purchase order processing
· Prepare contract amendments and addendums when contracts are not acceptable
· Contract legal review process administration
· Analyze supplier proposals
· Support contract review process and compliance
· Follow up with suppliers for contract countersignature
Departmental Administrative
· Provide copying and scanning assistance
· Assist management with staff and supplier issues
· Support for projects as assigned
Requirements:
We strongly prefer a BA/BS degree in business administration, contract law, finance, etc. Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, customer-focused procurement environment. Prior training and experience with Oracle iProcurement financial system or comparable is preferred. Prior training and experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access). Experience must demonstrate exceptionally strong attention to detail in combination with a proven ability to follow-through on processes to ensure activity completion and to ensure the best interests of the IEEE are preserved and protected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the legal issues involved in contracts. Ability to pay attention towards the details of the contract and find out the flaws in contracts. Must be a technologically savvy knowledge worker who seeks out technology solutions to business challenges. Expert analyzing skills along with an ability to interpret key elements is also essential quality within the contract administrators. They should have an ability to tackle difficult problems and device proper solutions. Should be dedicated towards work.
