      In your Business Planning & Development Temporary Student Support role at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
      • Managing the setup and processing of invoices and purchase orders
      • Working with deduction management to ensure timely processing of payments
      • Working with our Shopper Marketing department to finalize all the development of the teams Customer Specific Marketing Events
      • Team up with our print services group to make sure of timely coupon printing and delivery
      • Collaborating with finance in the processing of our coupon programs and month end reports
          Partner with external vendors, such as industry publications and our graphic company WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements: Required Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite a must – Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups if required), Word and PowerPoint. Capability to work within timelines and in pressure situations Strong problem solving, persistency and decision making skills Ability to work with limited to no supervision Able to start working immediately, commit to 12-18 months in role while working at least 24 hours per week during the school year and full time over summer. Preferred Junior student seeking a bachelor’s degree Previous experience in sales or a professional setting will be valued Genuine passion for delivering results Previous internship experience in an internship within the consumer packaged goods industry WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
