DESCRIPTION

The Property Relationship Coordinator (PRC) is responsible for selling AM3 products and services to residential customers in pre-selected key property accounts. PRC's are also responsible for helping to ensure that AM3's "Mission" is demonstrated and applied in our business relationships, both internal and external.

The purpose of this position is to exceed their monthly RGU Sales Quota. PRC will also to be recognized as the primary contact for our key property accounts, establishing a solid relationship with the Property Managers and their residential tenants. The effectiveness of this role will measured by exceeding their assigned Sales Quota and overall Customer Satisfaction with Access Media 3 as the primary service provider.

DUTIES

Scope of Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining a positive and ongoing rapport with assigned and already established Key Property Accounts in your region.
  • Sell and upgrade AM3 services in Key Property Accounts as assigned by the Director of Consumer Sales (DCS)
  • Promote and operate the Property Manager Referral Program
  • Responsible for subscriber acquisition and consumer upgrades within assigned Key Properties
  • Must meet minimum weekly activity standards as set by DCS
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities and promotional activities
  • Assist customers with ordering information, provides quotations on customer requirements
  • Follow up with customers; verify customer satisfaction and resolves concerns
  • Must meet the established monthly sales quota
  • Submits daily and weekly sales reports to DSC
  • Prepare accurate and complete sales orders and keys those order in to our billing system
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings, company functions and marketing events as required
  • Responsible for knowing and understanding all marketing campaign and product information, and must access/utilize the resources available for this position
  • Provide briefings on sales activities and challenges to DCS as requested
  • Perform any other appropriately related duty as requested by DCS
  • Monthly Customer communication & in-person contacts with Key Property Managers working with the DCS to seek and define new ways AM3 can increase overall Customer Satisfaction
  • Actively encourage consumers to post positive reviews on web.
  • Identify any technical service issues and internally champion resolution along with DCS.
  • Serve as a key point person in the event there is an unexpected technical failure or critical communication which needs to be distributed to your PMs and their tenants.
Project managing New Customer/Property Conversion
  • Goal is to convert as many tenants as possible as quickly as possible in a 30 to 60 day assigned conversion window
oTactics will include, but not limited to
Meet & Greet Tabling Events to introduce AM3 to new tenants
Insure all planned communication goes out in a timely basis
Trade Show Management/Membership Associations
  • Provide recommendations & support respective to which shows/associations will add lead generation value.
  • Coordinate pre-identified/approved trade show logistics/entry fees/membership fees, etc.
  • Establish a rapport with key association contacts to facilitate AM3 exposure in newsletters, web sites, blogs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must project a professional business demeanor, and be familiar with the competitive set. Candidate will be issued lap top computer and cell phone by AM3.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work independently and maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years customer and other indirect sales experience developing leads
Energetic, focused on achievement and consistent performance to achieve weekly metrics
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability for successful business development
Punctual and detail oriented with ability to follow up with every opportunity
College degree preferred

COMPENSATION:
Base salary based on experience, with commission
