The purpose of this position is to coordinate product and component testing and qualification from a technical standpoint, coordinate the product reliability program, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualification plans for new products, components, and suppliers.
Create and manage project DVP & R’s.
Evaluate test results and tested products
Implement and maintain a production audit testing program.
Determine product reliability for products.
Evaluate product warranty interval versus reliability.
Design and develop tests and test equipment.
Provide product testing support to customers.

Education And/Or Experience
BA/BS Technical Degree from a 4-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
Experience using statistical/reliability software.
Project management and leadership skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
