Application of software development life cycle concepts
Participate in IVR QA and system test efforts for all IVR implementations and web Services testing
Developing and executing quality assurance test scripts, tests plans and checklists
Establish and maintain IVR QA process and methodologies
Support user acceptance testing
Create and maintain IVR test cases and defects in HP quality Center
Create / Manage test data
Develop and support existing and new IVR test scripts.
Complete projects deliverables within set timelines and quality standards.
Interact with interfaces and internal groups as part of test support activities and new project implementations.
Strong trouble shooting & problem solving skills
5+ years progressive experience/responsibilities in the area of IVR QA process, methodologies.
Experience with speech recognition, VXML testing
Experience with creation/utilization of automation scripts for monitoring & regression (Hammer automation tool a plus)
Experience with large scale IVR implementations
Good experience in
SQL/Oracle - advanced SQL usage
Experience of UNIX servers - full awareness of OS and variety of commands, ability to read and test UNIX shell scripts
Experience with automation testing tools Empirix Hammer, HP QuickTestProfessional & LoadRunner a plus
Web testing experience a plus
Outbound testing is a plus
BS in Computer Science, MIS, business or equivalent education/training/experience
