Kentfield Hospital is seeking a Therapy Services Coordinator to join our team. Using discretion and independent judgment, the Therapy Services Coordinator is responsible for: creating a schedule for all Hospital staff submitting a charge, reconciling all charges to staff daily schedules, assigning newly admitted patients to physician teams, coordinating and scheduling weekly team conferences, providing administrative support to the Therapy Manager, generating statistical reports for Outpatient and Inpatient ancillary services, coordinating patient schedules between outside appointments and hospital services, patient liaison ensuring patient satisfaction to scheduled therapy services and resolving conflicts as needed.
This position is Per Diem/On Call as needed.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum one year experience in health related field.
Secretarial skills such as computer, writing and telephone.
