We are searching for a Tidal Enterprise Scheduler in RTP. You will be a part of a team troubleshooting and supporting a large customer base. This role will introduce you to many technologies so that apptitude to learn and grow is very important.
The skills requirements are:
Tidal experience strongly preferred
Windows Server administration and troubleshooting knowledge
Active Directory (AD) administration and troubleshooting
Previous tech support experience desired, preferably in a tier-2, tier-3, team-lead or escalation role
