Compulink is a market-leading growing developer of practice management software for healthcare professionals. We are looking for full-time EDI Support Techs who are responsible for providing quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment by taking ownership of assigned client calls and projects ensuring timely resolution. Support hours are 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Applicant must be able to work full-time shifts within these hours. Must have expertise in EDI processes, strong written and verbal communication skills, computerized medical billing experience and be knowledgeable in healthcare terminology. Must have 2 years call center experience. Must be proficient in Windows XP/2000 and Microsoft Office. Experience with troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions for healthcare EDI transactions in ANSI x12 formats is a plus. Must live within a 25-mile radius of Westlake Village.
