Review ITIM 5.1 components in an (AIX) operating system version 5.3 (Logical Partitioning and Refers) LPAR on new hardware. The selected operating system will be AIX 5.3 (TL11 or TL12) or higher. The requirement will be to make recommendations and fixes to the current ITIM environment to leverage features to support Account Management, Recertification, Security Audits, and Reporting.

Make recommendations and possibly create a non-production environment for testing and future upgrades to the ITIM product.

Lead analysis, configuration, and deployment of an ITIM configuration with functionality to better streamline it's operations to decrease the current workload overhead in supporting the product to include but not limited to deployment of workflows, recertification, and self-service modules.

The successful candidate must possess senior level knowledge and experience of ITIM 5.1 in a UNIX environment, in the following support area to include but not limited to:

UNIX OS.
How Auto Provisioning Policies Work.
Understand and Implement Life Cycle Rules.
Creating Custom ITIM Reports
Support Reconciliation works.
Support ITIM Self Service Client.
Configure Services with the RMI adapter.
Defining password policies.
Implementing Recertification.
Support log and trace files.
Knowledge of DB2 and LDAP
Backup/Recovery Strategy.
Knowledge of Websphere

4+ years as an IBM Certified Deployment Professional with a specialty in IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1
2+ years installing, configuring administering and troubleshooting IBM Tivoli Identity manager V5.1

2+ years migration process from IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V4.6 to V5.1
4+ years’ experience in documenting system processes for ITIM setup and configuration
4 + years in Design, Planning, Implementation, Support and Administrative aspects of IBM Tivoli Identity manager V5.1.
Ability to apply user requirements to the analysis, planning, and design of technology systems.
Ability to communicate problems and solutions both verbally and in writing to the Government Lead.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency.
Ability to work closely with others in a small team environment
Ability to interface with all customer levels.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Certification: IBM Certified Deployment Professional with a specialty in IBM Tivoli Identity Manager V5.1.
