Sales Support (The Messengers of our business) our need is simple, we’re a start-up, and we want messengers that are excited to spread the word, to attract customers. We need to grow our business and want employees who are ready to drive growth and believe and care in the same things we do. We also understand the need to be direct; we don’t pay a salary up-front. So why work for us, because we provide an outstanding and highly competitive commission package and profit sharing plan, after six months those sales people who qualify may elect to move to a salaried role, and will continue to retain a competitive commission plan and profit sharing.
