Large Charlotte utility is seeking a professional training developer

Specific Job Responsibilities - Training Program Development and Coordination
Researching and reviewing existing Supply Chain training programs and determining value, consistency, and alignment with other efforts
Establishing points of contact and subject matter experts related to each training topic
Collaborating with multiple teams and Managers to ensure alignment and consistent methodologies for training execution
Leading the development of training material as needed
Working with sub-teams already established to evaluate the tower training efforts (e.g. the Training Advisory Board - TAB in Nuclear SC)
Collaborating with peers and leaders in the Supply Chain to understand process and skill set gaps and work with them on ideas for mitigation plans.
Providing train-the-trainer efforts as needed for larger-scale rollouts

REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in the Supply Chain
  • 7-9 years of direct experience in Professional Development Training --development and delivery
This position is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, and coordination of the training programs throughout the Supply Chain organization. Training programs will span all business/functional towers & supporting sections within Supply Chain. This will also include any training for process-centric topics as well as any enterprise training needed in the organization (e.g. safety related, compliance, environmental, etc.).
