Responsible for planning and implementation of training and development programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Determines training and people development needs of the company through consultation and organizational analysis.
Builds and/or secures training and educational programs to meet the identified needs and provide for people development.
Manages delivery of training and learning programs.
Incorporates strategies for sustainment of learning.
Maintains a training and educational budget and manages the program to meet it.

Education And/Or Experience
B.A./B.S. degree from a 4 year college or university and 5 years experience in related field and/or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Confident self-starter: able to organize and manage multiple projects.
