To support its clients AXIOM is looking to fill a Product Implementation Analyst position . The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a team or as a team lead within a pre-packaged product environment and will:

Provide business and technical consulting and implementation services to clients related to assessment, and implementation of AXIOM’s HIPAA 5010 application TransSend.

Travel –up to 50%

MUST be located in Frederick, MD or surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) working within the product development team and with clients to identify impacts, analyze issues and implement product solutions for both the HIPAA 5010 initiatives. Perform client assessments, write detail reports and specifications and support activities such as testing and system integration.

Role requires a strong business analyst with Payer or Provider experience. Use of HIPAA transaction set experience, translate technical requirements into business needs, and document technical and business specifications.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:
  • Must have strong previous experience in the HIPAA transaction set.
  • At least five years experience working in a payer or provider environment.
  • Five plus years of IT Business Analysis experience gathering/documenting business requirements and translating into technical specifications.
  • General knowledge of healthcare operations, payer business processes and/or provider and EDI infrastructures.
  • Excellent organizational, and communication skills (verbal and writing).
  • Self-starter, problem solver and willing to travel up to 50%
  • Previous leadership assignments and project management experience a plus.
  • Experience in HIPAA logical mapping and system implementation is preferred.
  • Experience in implementation of payer or provider applications –examples. (Facets, IDX, QuadraMed, AMISYS, QNXT, Power MHS, Diamond, etc
