Join our team as Waitlist Coordinator for the Cardiac Transplant program, and deliver care to the world’s highest acuity, most complex cases. As Coordinator, you will counsel potential candidates and families throughout the patient evaluation process. You’ll manage the candidate waitlist, ensuring compliance with all UNOS regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with nationally renowned physicians and nursing professionals. And through your work, you’ll play a key role in saving lives throughout the world.

Serve as the point person and keeper of supporting clinical documentation for waitlist additions, removals and status changes. Maintain transplant statistics for private, local, state and federal agency reporting.

Key Criteria

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with current NYS RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (a Master’s degree is preferred). Our ideal candidate has experience coordinating a transplant program.
