Primary: Fleet shop administration. Secondary: Back up fueler/truck washer in the event shop personnel are unavailable.
Fuel Reporting and Ordering: fuel tax report, monthly corporate reporting, database maintenance of Phoenix fuel reconciliation software, report maintenance issues of pumping equipment, order fuel, veeder root information accumulation.
Shop Fax Database: process repair orders and purchase orders, equipment identification, quarterly inventory reporting, database maintenance.
FAMS maintenance vehicle inventory.
Xata Edit: calibration operations every Wednesday for Xata Supervisor.
Vehicle Licensing: Keep permits and registrations current, liaison with transcor and DMV. Install license decals and IFTA stickers on numerous types of equipment. Maintain truck registration books.
Vendor List: keep repair and fuel provider list current.
Shop Administration: file all documents and paperwork daily as required, fax request to and from vendors, maintain equipment repair history files, shop equipment accounting, answer Fleet shop phone, and make part runs as needed.
DVIR Process: file DVIR's for Fleet Shop and Transportation daily.
Maintain Fleet shop office supplies.
Stock and maintain all parts room inventory which includes properly labeling and bar coding all parts.
Complete daily Time Usage Reports for all mechanics (Labor >Wand Detail)
Spare Key Box: maintain extra keys for all USF fleet trucks.
Organize and maintain nuts, bolts and chemical supplies.
Wash out the inside of trailers when needed.
Fuel trucks in the event shop personnel are unavailable.
Assist shop personnel with various requests.
Ability to complete various Fleet shop tasks as assigned by supervisor.
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
Must be able to learn new computer programs as needed.
Administration skills are a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
CDL and Mechanical experience preferred.
Ability to climbing in, out and on trucks and trailers as needed.
